How to troubleshoot error message encountered during log in/registration

How to Guide:

1.       How to register (for first time users)

Registration is required for first time users who do not have G-Account IDs supplied to them. To register, click  and enter requested data.

2.       I forgot my password. How to reset password

 

·         If you are using your G-Account ID, raise an IMS requesting to ….(given incident classification and incident to request resetting of G-Account password)

·         If you are using your employee number, click on

The next screen requires you to provide an answer to the Security question. Once you have typed in the correct answer, system will give you a new password.

Use the password provided to log in to the portal. The portal will then require you to change it to your preferred password.

3.       Can I use my new G-Account ID even if I have already registered using my Employee number?

 

If after your registration you were provided with a G-Account ID, you can also start using it to log in one (1) day after issuance of the G-Account ID.

4.       What to do when the following error messages appear when logging in to the Portal. Click on the error messages below to display what to do.

 

o   Employee is not active. Please raise an IMS

o   G-Account ID is not assigned to employee data. Please raise an IMS

o   Invalid G-Account ID/password

o   User Profile does not exist

o   Invalid Employee ID/password

o   Data entered is invalid

 

5.       What to do when problems/errors are encountered during creation and/or approval of requests?

                Raise an IMS for problems/errors encountered. Select the appropriate Incident Classification and incident type and attach screenshot of the error encountered.

Troubleshooting:

“Employee is not active. Please raise an IMS”

Employee is no longer an active employee as per SAP data. Raise an IMS and select the error message from the list of incidents.Active.JPG

“G-Account ID is not assigned to employee data. Please raise an IMS”

Your G-Account ID is not recorded with your Employee number in the MyCoke database. To update this, raise an IMS and select the error message from the list of incidents. Provide your G-Account ID and employee number.

Once the database is updated, you will be able to access the MyCoke portal using your G-Account ID and password the following day.

“Invalid G-Account ID/password”

Check if you have entered correct G-Account ID. If the same error message still appears, this means that your G-Account password has already expired. 

To change your G-Account password, type in Ctrl-Alt-Delete then click on Change Password

Once your password is changed, you can now use this to log in to the portal. If you are still unable to log-in using your new password, raise an IMS to get support.

Check if you have entered the correct employee number and password. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on  link.

 “Data entered is invalid”

Check if all data entered is correct (Employee Number, Date of Birth, SSS Number). Ensure that format required is followed.

If error message still persists, raise an IMS and select the error message from the list of incidents according to plant assignment.
